Nice "bait n switch." The products I received were not what were ordered. I did not receive the elite pro series, just a few standard CF card at very high price.
When I bought this, I didn't know that the speed (45x) mattered, but now I do. I use this with my Canon Rebel Xti, shooting in RAW. That said, I've never lost information on this card, and like it for slower shoots. If you're shooting lots of shots quickly, go for a faster card. That means the files are pretty large. I shoot children's portraits, and many times I have to shoot many shots in a row, and this card can only handle so much of that before it stops to catch up.
I bought this for a canon rebel, it is not as fast as I would like, but I am not sure if this issue comes from the camera, if you buy for a canon rebel, maybe you need to look for another fastest memory.
A cheeper one {charged me for the better one} and not a elitepro.Hope the replacement comes soon to bad I will not have it for the 4TH of july partys. Well I would love to give this a 5 star review but they sent me the wrong card.
I already own about 10 CF cards and 8 SD cards of varying read/write speeds and GB's. It turns out that the cute little chameleon graphic on the card is about the only thing this card has to offer.
I would say that out of every 100 pictures at least 20 of the images were distorted and useless. I had several images that were distorted and basically garbage.
I thought paying $52.00 for a 4GB CF card was a great deal. So I figured I would take a chance on this Kingston card.
I wouldn't use this card again if it were free. Until I started using it.
All of them are either Lexar or SanDisk cards and all of them work great.
